i loved that the hotel sits in such an amazing spot everything felt so close. the staff were awesome always ready to help making everything smooth as silk. i also got a sweet free room upgrade this.
the room i had didn't look anything like the photos online this was really disappointing. it felt pretty old i was expecting something more modern after seeing the pictures. it was still okay but it didn't match the expectations set by the website.

the rooftop restaurant is super nice plus hotel guests get a sweet 10% discount. ahmed from the restaurant made my breakfast last day really special with some lovely service. i really felt taken care of with such delicious offerings.

the rooms were nice spacious and really clean making it super easy to relax after a long day. i even got a free room upgrade it was just fantastic. i had a triple room with a small sea view it was clean and tidy.

the hotel sits on a vibrant street super close to all the tourist attractions. it's conveniently located in the sultan ahmed neighborhood near the hagia sophia and blue mosque. arasta bazar is also nearby much cheaper compared to the grand bazar.

the location was central, a definite plus.
i found that the spa was not included, though i had thought it was. this was a real disappointment. also, our room was quite small for the price. it felt cramped, i did not find it a relaxing space.

erratic hot waterlumpy mattress
I found a couple of things not so excellent. the hot water in the shower was erratic. It kept changing temperature while i was trying to have a relaxing shower. also, the breakfast didn't have many fruit options. I think adding more variety would make it better. the mattress was really soft and lumpy. I ended up sleeping on the floor instead since they couldn't switch it. i am not sure why.
