My stay at Byzantium Comfort was quite refreshing, especially for August in Istanbul. The location was very central, making it easy to reach top attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque on foot. The service exceeded my expectations, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, particularly Sengul who made sure everything was just right. The dining experience was delightful, with a varied menu and a super friendly manager, Erhan, who went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Although the rooms were fresh and clean, being near the staff area at the back could be a minor inconvenience. Overall, a great value for money with exceptional service.
